This is how our service works on the first visit our glazier will measure your unit for a perfect fit and we will take the sizes of the cat flap so we can cut an accurate hole on the glass for exact fitment we will then order your unit from the factory where they will cut the holes in the glass and prepare the glass for toughening then the unit will be sealed in the usual manner including the hole where the cat flap will be this makes sure the unit does not have condensation problems.

When the unit is ready we will call you to arrange a suitable time for fitting and the same engineer that attended will return and fit you double glazed unit with your cat flap in it.
