Dear Sirs,

Just a note of appreciation of the fine job you made of modernising our conservatory. The work was carried out by your men with the minimum of disruption and the results, twelve months on, have been quite excellent. The new low energy self cleaning toughened glazing units which replaced the existing double glazing units and polycarbonate roofing panels have transformed the conservatory from a cold draughty place in the Winter and a hot overheated place in the Summer into an integral part of our home. It is so nice to sit in the conservatory when it is raining hard and not hear the rattle of the rain on those old polycarbonate roofing  panels. In the recent snow and icy conditions the conservatory area was just fine,warm and snug.

It is now very cosy in Winter and comfortable in Summer thanks to the amazing properties of these latest Pilkington units. We were a little apprehensive when we dispensed with the original double doors which isolated the conservatory but now the conservatory area is open to the new kitchen layout and is just part of our everyday living space. Attached are some pictures we took of the finished job.

I write to thank you for the excellent conservatory your company has fitted at our property.  The transformation of our home is unbelievable and we use it daily.  We are particularly impressed with the glass roof which makes the whole thing look bigger, brighter and most importantly, much, much warmer than a normal conservatory roof would be in the winter but then much, much cooler in the summer – amazing.
